In short
- Project scope, price, and timeline are set in a written proposal or contract.
- Payment follows the agreed schedule (for example, a down payment before work starts).
- You own the final deliverables once paid in full.

2.Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
You agree not to try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, and not to copy its content for commercial use without our permission. Information on the site is general and may change; it isn't a binding offer until confirmed in a Proposal.
3.Our services
The specific scope of each project is defined in a written proposal or agreement.
These Terms apply to every engagement. If the Agreement for a project says something different, the Agreement takes priority for that project.
4.Quotes & proposals
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
Your price depends on the agreed scope and is set out in your Proposal. Any estimate shared before a Proposal is indicative only.
5.Payment terms
Unless agreed otherwise, a 50% down payment is required before work begins.
The remaining balance is paid according to the milestones in your Agreement, usually on handover or launch. Invoices are due within 14 days. Prices exclude VAT (PPN) and other taxes unless stated otherwise.
If a payment is more than 30 days late, we may pause work until it's settled, and the timeline will shift accordingly.
6.Client responsibilities
To keep your project on schedule, we rely on you to provide content, access, and feedback on time.
This includes texts, images, logins, and access to third-party accounts, as well as a contact person who can make decisions. You confirm that you have the right to use any material you give us.
7.Revisions & change requests
Each phase includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional changes are quoted separately.
A change request is anything outside the agreed scope. We'll tell you its cost and impact on the timeline before doing the work, and only start once you approve it in writing.
8.Timelines & delays
Timelines are estimates and may shift if inputs from your side are delayed.
We'll keep you updated weekly and tell you as soon as we see a risk to the schedule. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters or major service outages.
9.Intellectual property
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you once all payments are complete.
Third-party components, such as open-source libraries, fonts, plugins, and stock images, remain subject to their own licenses. We keep ownership of our general tools and know-how, and may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
10.Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential.
Both parties agree not to share confidential information received from the other, except with people who need it to deliver the project, or where the law requires it. We're happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
11.Warranty & support
We fix bugs reported within 30 days of launch at no extra cost.
A bug is something that doesn't work as agreed in the scope. The warranty doesn't cover new features, changes made by others, or problems caused by third-party services. After the warranty period, support is available through a monthly maintenance plan.
12.Third-party services
Some services rely on third-party providers whose terms also apply.
This includes domains, hosting, cloud platforms, app stores, payment gateways, and APIs. Their fees are billed separately or at cost, and we're not responsible for their outages or changes to their terms.
13.Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data, except where the law doesn't allow this to be limited. You remain responsible for keeping your own backups unless backups are part of the agreed service.
14.Cancellation & termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice, as set out in the agreement.
If you cancel, you pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date, and the down payment is non-refundable unless agreed otherwise. If we end an engagement for reasons not caused by you, we'll refund payments for work not yet delivered.
15.Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
We'll first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails within 30 days, the dispute will be settled at the West Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Barat), unless the Agreement names another forum.
16.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
Changes don't affect projects already under an Agreement, unless both parties agree in writing.
